Guys think they should be buff like the hulk or something, but who could blame them every day u turn on the t.v and what do u see? A large muscular man who wins over the girl. But not everything on the t.v is true. Guys come in all shapes and sizes and they are all unique. My opinion is you should be proud of the build you got and not be ashamed of it by working out 10 hours a day trying to get huge to show off to that girl you have been eyeing up.

Dear Journal, Today was a good day, i finally stood up the bullies. They pushed me for the last time. Instead of just taking the pain once again i stood up and said something. They didnt realize how much it hurt me untill today and they stopped.
