Brown has a hearing and that will determine if he stays in jail or goes to a juvenile court. If his attorney proves Jordan can go to a juvenile system and not be disturbed, he will stay there until he is 21.
Jordan shot Kenzie Houk because he was afraid of change is his life. Like having a new mother, a new brother/sister, everything is his life was changing. He just couldn’t take it. Well, that is what Patricia Papernow, author of "Becoming a Stepfamily: Stages of Development in Remarried Families” said.
The police charged him as an adult and sent him to the Pennsylvania County Jail. When he got there, he had his own cell, because the Warden doesn’t want him conversing with the others in the jail.
Jordan Brown was a normal 11 year old boy who went to school, and had a pregnant soon to be step mother. Then, last week at about 8 AM. He supposedly shot Kenzie Marie Houk in the back of the head. 911 were called from Houk’s youngest daughter, saying her mother was dead.

Jordan’s attorney hopes to have his assignment from his school sent to him in jail. He hopes that because he needs to be like a normal 11 year old kid. Jordan Brown is confused.
