It's strange because sometimes, I read a book, and I think I am the people in the book. I am very interested and fascinated by how everyone loves each other, but no one really likes each other.
More than anything, all I have ever wanted is to be close to someone. More than anything, all I have ever wanted is to feel as if I wasn't alone. What I know is that I can trust his eyes because what lives in them, lives in me.
It's disappointing to know that someone can see right through you. I learn from my own daughter that you don’t have to be awake to cry.
All the other children at my school are stupid. Except I'm not meant to call them stupid, even though this is what they are. Being clever was when you looked at how things were and used the evidence to work out something new.
Ya'll smoke to enjoy it. I smoke to die. I may die young, but at least I'll die smart.
