Hazards of being a chef
Hazardous(Burns): To prevent yourself from being burned wear oven mitts
Physical(Cuts): Such as knifes etc. Use a sharp knife take your time.
Physical: Lifting heavy things. Bend your knees.
Phsyical: Spills. Watch for spills if you see spills clean them up immediately.
Ergonomic Hazards:Take a break from lifting.
Chemical Hazards, Spills: When cleaning spills wear rubber gloves
