3rd day:lunch:gluton free sandwich with 2 slices of chicken breast, 1 apple, 1 orange and a small handful of blueberries.
3rd day:bfast:1 bowl gluton-free oatmeal, 1 glass of water and a plum
3rd day:dinner:1 ginger flank steak, 1 bowl of gluton free oatmeal, 1 glass of 1 percent milka nd a big handful of blueberries.
