Powers solely held by the nation government and are clearly spelled out in the constitution. Ex-Declaring war, make peace, and raise taxes
Delegated Powers
Powers which are delegated to the states and people which the national government has no control over. Ex-States can form a militia and hold police powers
Implied Shared Powers between the state and national government Ex-Law Enforcement and Taxation (Although real estate cannot be taxed by the government and tariffs cannot be taxed by states)

Powers which belong to the national government only Ex-Trade and Foreign Diplomacy
