The Cheese Theory: States that the moon is made of green cheese. People used to say that aliens abducted the moon and they had a dairy farm. Everything they touched turned green so that’s why the moon turned green. I disagree with this theory because now we have scientists that have visited the moon and have brought back samples that are of rock not cheese. Also there are no aliens that are on the moon.
Th e Ejected Ring Theory: States that a small planet about the size of Mars hit Earth right after the solar system was formed. Then heated material was ejected from the outer layers of both objects. It formed together and that’s how the moon came together. I think this theory is the most reasonable because it explains why the mon is made of rock and it very warm.
