Exercise helps you stay fit. These are exercise's that you can do stay fit and toned.
Exercising doesn't have to be those old boring crunches and sit-ups. Try switching it up a bit by skating, swiming, doing karate,or playing sports with some friends
Exercising helps you maintain a healthy heart. It also helps your immune system stay healthy.
Exercising allows you to meet new people especially when you are playing team sports.
Exercise promotes better sleep. Exercise helps you feel relaxed which helps you fall asleep faster.
When playing sports you learn how to communicate with other players. Whenever you play team sports you are constantly communicating with other players whether it's telling someone you're open or telling your players where to go.
Exercising helps you get toned. It's great for getting ready for beach season. ;-)
