The Family Bible, By Liberty
The Family bible is a family tradition for Christian-Catholic families all over the world. When married, the bride was given a large bible to store records of marriages, births, and death within the family. This book would be passed down through generations. Who used it? Christian-Catholic, Roman-Catholic, Christian Families. Why did they use it? To learn about ancestors, learn about God, and teach about God. What did they do with it? Sometimes teach their kids, sometimes read it, etc. Our's is stored in a locked cabinet. Where was it used? In the homes of religious families. When was it used? Hm. Good question. In the year 2000, a study showed that 33% of people in the world were Christians. It was the most populated religion by 13%. The family bible was owned and used by Christian families. Some families even do a bible study to teach their children about God and how to be godlier.
