My Favorite Place on This Planet
It's Cold
It's Wet
But it is also
I was Born There
I Grew up Walking those Mountains
I grew up picking salmonberries
I grew up Playing in the sand Dunes
I grew up finding beach glass on the beach
I found a special place there
where I could find myself again
Where I could Scream and Cry and never be hurt.
Its where I can Fly and no one can rip me down
It is my Sanctuary
