i can take the rain on the roof of this empty house but that wont bother me i can take a few tears now and them to just let em' out but im not afraid to cry every once in a while even though goin on with you gone' still upset me there are days every now and again i pretend im ok but thats not what gets me what hurts the most is being so close having so much to say watching you walk away never knowing what could have been and not seein' that lovin' you thats what i was tryin to do its so hard to deal with the pain of loosing you everywhere i go but in doin' it its hard to force that smile when i see my old friends when im alone still harder gettin up, gettin dressed, living with this regret but i know if i could do it over i would trade give away all the words that i saved in my heart that i've left unspoken what hurts the most was being so close having so much to say warzhing you walk away never knowing what could it be now im seein that lovin you was what i was tryin to do !
