well that might be how you see it,but humor aside it's about how a girl looks when she is trying to impress a boy,how humilitaing it really is.
Maybe you have not been in a compramising situation,and maybe you can learn fr om this.I myself have caught yself doing very silly things trying to get a boy to love me.
and thats what its about,so gross...maybe,but life is gross.messy,beautiful and REAL,its real!
we should all be a little "gross" sometimes
