When you said you liked me what was going on in your head? When you said the other people were just gossips do you mean what you just said? When you told me I was cool and pretty did you want me to smile? Or did you just want me to belive a lie? When you made me laugh I thought you were perfect But what does perfect mean? It was just a hug One stupid hug They just had to see Now everyone's yelling at me Nothing's wrong with a hug Teacher's don't have a clue Then why did you have to say Let's just be friends? I smiled and said ok that's fine I think you believed me That was a lie Just like the other times What really happened Is a whole different story My heart shattered into a million pieces And when I tried to pick them up They all fell apart again I really like you I hope you know it
