Billy controlling, mean,ruthless,dangerous father of spaz lover of mind probing, luxurious items,weapons, Bully Bangers latch who feels angry when people don't follow his rules, lie to him, and don't obey him. who needs to keep his latch under control, keep Spaz alive, and a new luvmate. who gives his people a leader, rules to his followers, and keeps people on their toes.
