Her dress began to feel heavy, she'd been running for hours, finaly she could stop and rest. She was where she needed to be. She sat under a tree, the breeze cooling her down, she walked over to the beautiful pond, splashing her face, the heat was intence. Once again she sat in the shade of the oak tree, waiting. He would be here soon, and she would run away with him. She thought of him until her eyelids closed, she slept for hours. when she finaly awoke it was pitch black, the only light source she could find was the moon. He hadn't shown up. Tears slid down her face. She loved him so much, and he'd left her, without a second thought. She had no where to go, she'd ran away from home. Her father wouldn't forgive her. She sobbed and sobbed, suddenly a figure emurged from behind a tree. Her excitment grew, He'd come! She wiped away a tear and ran towards him. As she got closer she relized it wasn't him. She froze, the figure walked towards her. Fear leaped inside her. She backed away. "Wait!" he called. The voice was familiar so she stopped. It was his best friend, Seth. "Where is he?" she asked. "Dead." He replied saddly. she chocked back tears, "What?! How? When?" she managed to fource out. "When he was on his way here, he was stabbed to death by his father." he replied. She fell into his arms, unable to stop her tears. The man she loved was dead. She held him there for several minuets. Then she stepped back. "Thank you." she nodded to him. He left, hugging her a goodbye. The second he was gone she walked towards the lake, she jumped in, and swam as deep as she could and tied her feet in the seaweed, waiting until death took her to her lover.
