World War One Propaganda
America used propaganda to help them gain support from their people. To encourage people to join the army and for the people that are too old to join they would just buy a liberty bond so they can still support their nations army.
The British also used propaganda to help make their army bigger by brain washing their people with quotes like “It is far better to face the bullets then to be killed at home by a bomb”.
Propaganda played a big part in World War One. Being a civilian in World War One makes it hard to know what is really going on in the war because all you know is what the government wants you to know. The government only wants their civilians to know that they are winning the war so that their civilians would join the army.
