Alcoholism is the essential feature of alcohol abuse that causes dependence on the drug. Genes and hereditary are two major factors used to determine if someone will be an alcoholic, or someone who is completely deprendent on alcohol. It comes in various forms; it may come in forms of genes, environment, and behaviors in children of alcoholics. (Orchid) Heredity plays huge role when it comes to alcoholism.

Alcohol is the leading cause of birth affects. 10.) 1.4 million teens a year are injured in some way through alcohol related accidents.
