Down at the bottom of the garden, behind the garden shed, through the bushes, in the dead of night, when the moon is full and the stars are bright, is a secret. Only the boys and girls know. They creep out their beds, and down the slippery dark path, in the coldness of the night, they breath fear, but know they will be rewarded, when they get to the woods, their hands are numb and feet cold, they creep on and on. for is the way to the fairies, into the forests and fields, where the fairies play among the roses, bushes, flowers and trees. Creeping and sneaking, watching us passing by. Playing among the creatures, great and small. Playing music and having a ball. You can watch, But sit quite as a mouse, you may see and hear them, But hide, in the bushes or behind the trees or they find you, and steal you to their world, to play with and you never return.
