She buries every scar.
Faking invincibity,
Terrified of rejection,
yet She counterfeits perfection so well.
She desperately guards her heart.
Broken she remains,
Smile plastered on a pretty face,
She needs someone to rid her of her fears.
Lovely as could be,
Shadowing A story She aches to tell.
Beneath long sleeves never supply warmth,
Mutely She falls apart.
Praying steadily for a savior,
Seclusion her only alliance,
The boys accept the invitation,
Reaching for any acceptance,
Alone in the coldest of places,
Her reputation lies defenseless,
She sheds silent, bitter tears.
