Eat your 5 a day!
Make sure that you eat your 5 portions of fruit a day because that will make you healthy! You can eat ANY 5 different fruits! If you wanted to you could make a menu each day for yourself and others! Here is a fun little song that you can sing: Eat 1 apple a day to keep the doctor away, Eat 1 orange a day to run away, Eat a handful of grapes to loose some weight, Eat a mango a day to make you do the tango, Eat a lime to remeber this rhym. And thats is your 5 a day! Fruit is very healthy for you and also very juicy and sweet. Just think, when you eat your five a day you can play better than you can eating a packet of crisps. Enjoy your fruit!
