Some Banks Want to Return Government Money.
Henery Thoreau would agree with the article becasue it talks about the bank giving back tax money that belongs to the people, and as i recall Henery was not big on the idea of tax. Also he would agree witht he fact that the banks think they would work better if the government was not always in thier buisness and always putting pressure on them. He would also enjoy the idea that the bank in being rebelious to the government by doing the opposite of what the governmen wants .Henery would be all for the banks becoming indipendent and returning money to the hard working americans.
