I came to the USA almost a year ago. Before i came here, I had a series of dreams. And I wondered how i could practice English and become a good translator or how can I study better and then get a master degree? How can I enjoy my here?......

But it is difficult, after i came here i realized there's nothing easy for me to study English, everything challenged me, especially language. I believe English is not hard to study when i studied in China. But I'm wrong, English is difficult for me, as an international student, I cannot concentrate on Classes. So that's why me English is poor till now; and i am afraid of speaking English. I fear of making mistakes when I am speaking or writting. On the other hand, English is not my first language, so If I try to say something, I think about the things in Chinese first and then translate then as quickly as I can into English. But sometimes it doesn't work; the languages are difficult to translate. Furthermore, when i talk to English speakers I have to be really care ful and try to understand everything; it's hard to answer the question or chat with them When I translate from chinese to English, English speakers find it difficult to understand, but Chinese speakers can easily understand, because we have the same logic and we always do it the same way. Sometimes, I am afraid to speak English because I am afraid that i will translate the words wrong; people won't understand me, and it will make me embarrassed.

But i believe, one day i will change. I will speak English leisurly just like Chinese. And I believe when i can speak a fluent English that i can go everywhere and to complete my dreams. However, my dreams are including: travel all over the world, tasate all the cates, and stay with my friends forever, and find a great job.
