Usual Teen Stressors: ~Life Events - driver's license, divorce, birth of sibling, graduation. ~Physical Stressors - Pollution, noise, lack of rest, dieting, illness. ~Daily - too many responsibilitites, deadlines, conflicts with friends.
Ways to Overcome Stress: ~Plan ahead ~Get Adequate sleep ~Get regular physical activity
