ProKaryotic Cell
Have No membrane bound organelles. Came first Have less organelles, but still have ribosomes because The have no membrane. Has no Nucleus, the nucleoid just floats in the cytosol. All are single celled organisms, but not all single celled organisms are Prokaryots.
The difference bethween Plant Cells and Animal cells is that animal cells don't have a cell wall. Also they don't have the enlarged vacule, or the Chloroplast. The both share many of the other organelles though and like Golgi body, and the ER but they only share the Ribosomes with Prokariotic cells.
Eukariotic Cells Have Membrane bound organelles Are found as both plant and animal cells. Cell known as the more comples, but this does not mean it is better. I less abundent than the prokariots. There are some single celled Eukariotc cells but most are multi celled
