If you are new to the riding scene we provide tuition with our fully qualified instructors to help get you started. We also provide tuition for those wishing to develop their skills. Mountain boarding or all-terrain boarding (ATB), is a relatively new board sport, derived from snowboarding. It was originally intended to substitute snowboarding during warm summer seasons. However what began as a fun 'snowboard substitute' has since become the fastest growing extreme sport in the world and is now the board sport of choice for many enthusiasts. It combines the thrill of all board sports yet is extremely accessible, quick to learn and not governed by the seasons, tide, or weather. Mountain boarding is done on a variety of terrain, from mountains, to woodlands, to forests and grassy hill. Due to its popularity there are more dedicated centres opening which have the equipment, specially trained instructors and progressively designed courses to cater for all levels of competence.
