Ross Island - Then & Now
Church
The Governor's Bungalow
Somewhere in the middle of Bay of Bengal, among the 300 islands of Andamans lies a tiny one with a glorious past. For more than 200 yrs the island was occupied by the Britishers until the break of World War II when the Japaneses took over. Now lying in debris, it's a reminiscent of life during the Britishers rule.

Currently, the island lies under the safe hands of the Indian Navy open for all tourists.
The Church is among the few buildings left in its recognisable form
Would you believe this was once the most lavish bungalow where the governor stayed?????????
