On the other hand, immigration is a good way too populate and help a country when businesses are lacking employees. If immigration is used legally, it can help foreign people gain an education and give the person a good base for a strong career.
In my point of view, I find immigration to be a good thing. I think that it is a good thing because then there are more people to help out the country. Immigration is also a good way to give people from other countries a good education with a good job; so that when the immigrants go back to their home country they can live a wealthy life.
Some people do not agree with immigration. It can cause overpopulation and leave too many people with few available jobs. Also, if people get rejected when they wish to immigrate to another country, they can only enter by breaking laws and there is a good chance that they will. This could lead to illegal immigration
The dictionary definition of immigration is that immigration is migration to a country that a person is not from. Another definition of immigration is the movement of people between countries. People that are immigrating to another place are referred to as immigrants. Most people choose to immigrate because either the county that they were living in was unstable or the country they want to go to offers the hope of a better life. Unfortunately, these immigrants cannot leave their country and go anywhere they want. There are strict policies for immigrants that want to enter into Canada. Some immigrants do not meet the requirements of Canada and are not allowed to live here. Although the policy for immigration is strict, the government of Canada always loves to have more citizens. The reason why the government loves to have more people in Canada is because then there are more people to fill in jobs.
What Is Immigration???
Another type of immigration is illegal immigration. Illegal immigration is immigrants trying to get into another country by sneaking across the border. Many people view illegal immigration as a bad thing, due to crime statistics. When people immigrate illegally into a country the crime statistics go up. For example, in Los Angeles ninety five percent of the warrants for murder are for immigrants that illegally immigrated into the country. In California almost twenty five percent of the people in jails are Mexicans that immigrated illegally.
