Third ideal is persistence to succeed in life.Even though Napoleon had power; he still worked hard to gain more of it by working in his victory. He fought until the end to work with better France, to gain power again and to please the group of people.
Napoleon had many leadership ideals and lessons. Napoleon supported the enlightenment ideas in many ways:-Better educational opportunities to any social class that need a scholarship or a building up of education. There were primary education for girls to work at home and be the “IDEAL” wife and mother.-Even though Napoleon didn’t believe in the church, he believed in God. Became tolerant with Protestants and made them integrate to French society and be accepted.-Believes in freedom, religious toleration and social equality with only one rule and is following the lawNapoleon believed in democratic. Napoleon suffered from many wars, conquers and being conquered and from having a lot of power to loosing everything.
Second ideal was to know your people. This little guy had a great vision towards future and how France was ruled before. He knew how important was to have a good communication with people and please them in what they needed. He applied the enlightenment idea of having equality and acceptance in society. It was good to know people, to know the army, to know how to talk to them and have a good communication. People like having communication with their head
Courage is like love; it must have hope for nourishment.
A leader is a dealer in hope.
Napoleon, a great leader
I dedicate this song to Napoleon's victories
Napoleon ruled France and cities next to it. Had constant wars with Spain and Russia.
