What is Teaching? Teaching is a process in which an individual educates others on a specific subject and/or grade level. Teaching may occur at any level, but the individual wanting to teach must gain the credentials to do so. Teachers credentials are based upon the state they reside in, but every teacher must attend a university or college and obtain an undergraduate degree. Teachers’ roles vary depending on the level in which they instruct. Teaching is often a tough career, but it also can be a very rewarding career as well.
