“Keytarah, we need to get more fuel. There’s a place where you can get more, but its heavily guarded.” Marcus came to me then and said the same thing. I answered them both, “I will do it in the morning when the sun first hits it.” We all fell asleep shortly after. My dream came back again, but stronger, harsher, and clearer. I woke up again just before first light everyone was still asleep. I walked out and looked around, breathing in the fresh air. I went to go listen to my music when it died. I started to walk around, without my sword, in fear of waking one of them. I walked around the entire town looking for somewhere to plug it in that still had power. I came across windows that where covered in red and black cloths. My breathing deepened, turning the air into ice-crystals. Fear seemed to grip me from all sides. I kept thinking, “Is this the end?” Light flickered. I couldn’t just stand there, a new thought came to my mind, “What if it is worms? What if they go after everyone, and I’m not there to save them?” I left walking back into the camp grounds, Jason and Marcus came to me, “Where did you go? And without protection.” He pulled out both of my swords. “Ok look. What I do with my time is my business, I’m not under surveillance. You two on the other hand, have much to prove.”
