Hair- Funky girls usually have different colors of hair. Any color will do if you do not want to change it. If you do, then black, neon pink, neon orange, neon blue, neon purple, will all do! If you can't dye your hair or if you just want to highlight it, then take the color Sharpie you want to use and color your hair.
Makeup- If you want to go light, just a little mascara and clear lipgloss would be good. If you want to look your best, you need to take a soft color and brush up to your eyebrow. Take a darker color, like brown, and go below your eyelid. Then take eyeliner then put it on the top and bottom eyelid. Take waterprood mascara and swipe onto your eyelashes. Good luck!
