Korean War The Korean war lasted about three years and was one of the bloodiest war in the US history. It started when North Korea invaded south korea becasue of poilical status. the US's responce was to send troops into korea and have them deployed at once.
the korean war had no real victor because both sides took heavy damage in soldiers and in land. Constant air rades, bombing and trench warfare were main reasons for this.four of the major battles were Operation Killer, Operation Ripper, Pusan and, Inchon.
