Art, I believe, is such a diversifified form that it cannot be defined to one catorgory. Some forms people dont consider as "art", where as others may devote themselves to learning it. It all depends on the individual and the thoughts. Personally, i wouldnt dare claim myself as an artist, but rather creating manga art and illustraion as a hobby.
