Spaghetti with Garlic
Serves: 8 4 tablespoons of olive oil 3 garlic bulbs 2 oz butter 3 cans of plum tomatoes 1/2 chicken stock cube salt and pepper (to taste) Seasoning (pinch of basil, cinnamon and celery salt) 1 large frying/saute pan 1 pct (500 grams) spaghetti 1 large pot 1 tablespoon of salt 1/2 chicken stock cube

Heat olive oil and butter in the large frying pan. Add garlic (cook slowly until soft NOT browned) Add tomatoes , seasoning. Add salt to taste. A pepper. Bring the garlic sauce to the boil on a medium heat. Partially cover and simmer for 10 minutes on a low heat setting. Whilst the sauce is cooking on a simmering heat, prepare the spaghetti.
Bring a full pot of water to the boil. Add the salt to taste. Crumble in the remaining half of the chicken stock cube. Cook the spaghetti about 9 -11 minutes. Add the spaghetti to the pan containing the garlic sauce. Mix well and continue to heat quickly for about 3 minutes. Spoon spaghetti and sauce onto a hot plate. Serve immediately.
