Macbeth is kind of a description of what happened during the Renaissance period. Of witches and spells and magic this showed that people were starting to think for there own of maybe suitable explanations for why things happened. Shakespeares work was used as maybe a basis of entertainment showing that they were finding more and better ways to entertain people. People became more busy and prone to literature in his pieces.
Today our plays are similar to plots of Shakespeare. We have movies that are based off of his works. His plays are still put on display today. We still learn about his works in history classes. He was a monumental being that gave meaning to the renaissance through literature of a play, poems or stories. We now have movie theaters for entertainment. We also have arena's and stadiums that display plays. Even schools today put on plays. It is a great profession today to become an entertainer.
