Excalibur-the second sword that Arthur obtains. the mystrious lady of the lake gives it to him.
Merlin told arthur of a mystic sword that could heal wounds and keep a man from getting hurt and it was called Excalibur!
When Arthur is decived by Mogan Le Fay the scabard of the mighty sword is lost for every and therefore arthur cannot heal his wounds.
The scabard of the sword was the part of the sword that healed. Te hilt of the blade was decorated with gold and beautiful gem and jewels.
