I AM NO WINDOWS HATER! I use both Windows XP and Ubuntu Linux (+Xubuntu on Eee PC), but those are just facts. Tested and confirmed. note: those videos are not made by myself, I am to lazy to do that :-)

I love how modern GNU/Linux graphic environments handle multiple desktops! It is not only for effect but it actually helps me very, very, very much. Especially on my little Eee PC. I can't imagine the pain of having Windows there. Just watch how smoothlz Compiz Fusion with runs on Ubuntu compared to Aero on Windows Vista!

And even on my Eee PC, with poor 900Mhz CPU (I still have it underclocked to 630Mhz), 512RAM and integrated graphics it runs flawlessly. In fact, it runs much smoother than much older system, Windows XP, on much stronger machine, my desktop 3Ghz Pentium 4, 1GB RAM, GeForce 8800GT 256MB graphics.
