State Laws: •All ATVs must be titled and registered, except those used solely for agricultural purposes. •Owners of registered ATVs will receive a decal to be placed on the ATV; renewal of registration is once every two years through the Department of Motor Vehicles. •ATVs may not be operated in state parks.
