Stage 6. Santiago finnally made it home with his fish or what was left of it. The Marlin was completely destroyed by the sharks and all there was left was the sceliton and its head. The village people greeted him with great respect and could see how big the fish was just by its sceliton. Santiago could only sell the head and he was so tired that he went to sleep.
Stage 4. Santiago had finnally got a hold of a big fish. it was so big infact that it was pulling Santiago out to sea, Santiago had no idea what kind of fish it was until it finnally jumped and he saw that it was a giant marlin that was bigger then his boat. it had been a few days when the fish had started to slow down and so was Santiago, he had cuts on his hands from the rope and he was practically out of food and water. But since Santiago persevered he had the catch of a life time and finnally killed the fish.
Stage 3. Since Santiago was so sick of not catching a fish that he had decided to do what not many fishermen do, he went into the deep water in search of a big fish. Santiago had no idea that he was about to catch somtething so big that it would take him on a huge journy.
Stage 5. Santiago finnally beat the fish, what he didnt kow was that a new one had just begun. SInce the fish was so big he couldnt get it into the boat so he tied it to the side of his boat. On his way back in sharks had picked up the sent of his dead fish. . . Santiago noticed this and was tring to beat the sharks away with a club but he was so weak that he couldnt do it.
