A big problem for us nowadays is sugar it is a huge temptation which is not always a good thing when it comes to safety and sanitation in the kitchen. When we are cooking cookies we want the sugar so we eat the cookie dough. Eating the cookie dough is not the best idea because even though it taste very good it can lead to salmennela Which can be serious.
Steps to Prevent Foodbourne Illnesses....... 1. Wash hands and surfaces often 2.Avoid cross contamination 3.Cook to the correct temperature 4. Refrigerate food properly
