How the downfall factors of Greece and Rome set the scene for the Dark and Middle Ages
The spreads of diseases and plagues throughout europe during the Dark and Middle Ages was probably due to the fall of the classical civilizations since if Rome was still in power much of the land would have great sewerage systems and aqueducts all helping keep hygiene and the people healthy.
In the Dark and Middle Ages there were no great inventions and growths as one can see in the Classical Civilization. This is probably because one family could not afford an education and since the majority was poor the only thing they could worry about was getting food on their table, similar to the first starts of civilizations.
The Church and Christianity become very powerful. The type of government was a Monarchy this did not satisfy the people since the common man had no say this also set a back the Dark and Middle Ages since their government wasn't "people friendly".
