When Rachel Scott and Cassie Bernall died, they knew what they were doing, and were proud to answer Yes to the deadly question that was thrown at them with full force, ''Do you believe in God?'' No one really realized what was going on until someone was already dead. When I think about the shooting I think about what I would do in that situation. If I said yes, I would surely die, but feel at peace, and if I didn't, well....I would still probably die. I think you get my point here??
Hearing the reports and watching the described video of the shooting made me cry hard. But I realized that we can do something with what happened. It opens the opportunity to help troubled teens get back onto track, amd maybe even further than that. I just felt the need to make this because I feel so touched by it and I want to leave you guys with an entry from Rachel's journal of her dream that came true: '' I have this theory that if one person can go out of their way to show compassion then it will start a chain reaction of the same.''
