No matter how much pain you bring us, I'll look out towards the sea, and see your face in the mist, looking directly at me. It's filled with gentle caring, and sorrow to the brim, holding to your bearings, trying your best to swim. Jump into the water, coming out towards you, I don't want to slaughtered, by whirling propellers in the blue. Closer and closer we get, struggling as we go, and as we finally met, you're the first to say hello. You tell me that you're sorry, and that it'll never happen again, but I look to the sky that's starry, and we know he'll do it once more..... who knows when. I shake my head, aswell as my thoughts, to get rid of the dread, the dread that he brought. No, I say, as we swim back to shore, everyone makes mistakes, or does something that's poor. You interrupt my thinking, and say I Love You, so I look over to see you sinking, deep down into the blue. I grab your hand and pull you up, so I will not lose, my greatest friend of all, we're the greatest set of twos. You gasp for air and struggle to swim, as we head towards land, your heart pounding in your chest, confidence falling like sand. We make it to shore and you sit down, sputtering water out of your mouth, cough the final drop of it out, and turn your head to the south. You almost died, gone under with the waves, and I almost died myself, for it was you I saved. The sun is setting over the ocean waves, merging into the blue, I hold your hands and you hold mine, knowing that we'll soon go down too.
