Frozen Yoghurt Summary
What I learned I learned that people in the USA dosen't really know what indgrediants are in frzone yoghurt. Frozen Yoghurt has three indgrediants that are sugar, followed by cow's milk and finally has a glycemic so haigh that is practically poison to diabetic's.
Frozen Yoghurt contains Pure Crystal Fructose, Dextrose, Maltodextrin, Non-Fat Milk, Yoghurt Powder, Microencapsulated Probiotic. It is basically just normal ice-cream with yoghurt powder mixed together.

Yoghurt retailers don't make the indgredient label's visible on the products . Their site is also impossible to get information of what is in the product
