Jenny wondered, if Lauren could do it, could she do it as well? " '' I've lost weight before and I can do it again , I think. .'' She reasoned in her head that it was possible to lose fifty pounds if she learned to stick with working out, eating healthy, and be patient. Whenever she felt discouraged, she promised herself that she would turn to the forums at Sparkpeople for help if telling herself '' I think I can.'' wasn't good enough . From February to May of 2008, she did just that.
Month one: February 2008 '' I think I can, I think I can... -run a whole mile without stopping -increase my speed -eat healthy -drink my 8 glasses of water -lose 2 pounds a week''

Month 2: March 2008 '' I think I can, I think I can..... -Run two miles without stopping -Still drink my eight glasses of water -Increase my free weight lifting -Keep eating healthy'' Weight:177.4lbs (gained some muscle)
