The 3 Step Plan!
2. Union riverboats and armies would be placed oin the Mississippi River to split the Confederates in two.
1. Blockade Southern Ports so that neither cotton export or manufactured goods could be imported into the South. No Profit could be made this way.
3. CAPTURE the confedercay capital, Richmond, VA.
