Virtual Weddings Weddings no longer require relatives from near and far to travel to the destination.The change was caused by new technologys of video-conferencing and web cams being able to show a wedding live on the the internet. Instead of using just a videographer. An audio-visual specialist is also needed at an increase in cost of about $10,000 from the previous years. Destination Weddings are also more popular because more people are able to attend virtually. Some couples also choose to be married virtually on games such as Second Life.

Wedding Gowns for Men Many more Men are shopping for Wedding gowns because of the rise of gay marriages. The change has been caused by the new laws for same sex marriages. Bridal Stores are required to cater to mens larger sizes and body types. This also caused a drop in mens formal wear. We knew we were on the road to this alternative when Bridal stores begin to advertise to Men.

Eco-friendly Weddings Eco-friendly or 'green' Weddings are seen more often in 2020/2025. Eco-friendly Weddings are being chosen to conserve resources and reduce waste. The weddings include new activities in planning such as organizing carpools for guests to reduce carbon emissions. Green Weddings affect the Wedding business by requiring more green Wedding planners and caterers who only serve organic foods.
