Banana or Peach Smoothie Ingredients: Small banana or cup tin peaches (tinned in natural juice is the best option) 200ml cold trim milk 4 tablespoons of yoghurt(optional) A pinch of cinnamon (optional) Method: Mash up banana or peaches. Put all ingredients in shaker (you can use a clean empty milk bottle with a plastic lid if you don’t have one). Shake everything together until it’s all mixed and fluffy (about 10-15 seconds). Pour into a glass and enjoy! (Serves 1)
Always eat breakfast Limit take-aways to once a week Include at least 2 pieces of fruit in the lunchbox Drink milk and water instead of soft drinks Have a drink bottle of water at school Limit foods high in salt and sugar content
