Napoleon Bonaparte
I was born in the Island of Corsica. I accompanied my dad to france when he was invited to be part of the french goverment.
-Napoleon seized power by overthrowing the corrupt French goverment and became first consul. -French law was complicated and outmoded before Napoleon intervened because 100s of years of feudalism -Reorganized laws into the civil code (garanteed the right of equality under the law, the right to hold property, freedom of religion and pursue work of one's choice. -even though he kept the price of food low, the economy didnt actually get better.

-Napoleon was born in August 15, 1769, Corsica -He accompanied his dad to France when dad was invited to be part of french goverment. -Napoleon became an Artillery officer -In 1795, called upon to save the convention from rebellious french citizens, Napoleon orders cannons to fire grapeshot point blank into the crowd.
