Exercises. Exercises
BEFORE YOU BEGIN INHALE. Then count to 10 and EXHALE. Inhale and exhale about 5-7 times and then relax your abdominals. Then do the following exercises.
Exhale and step your right foot forward between your hands, aligning your knee over the heel. Keep your left leg firm. Take a deep breath and bring your left foot forward and your right foot behind.
Exhale and place your palms on the floor beside your feet. Straighten your elbows and arch torso away from thighs. Take a deep breath and stand upright, then repeat the exercise.
Shift weight onto left foot and place right foot onto inner thigh. Clasp both hands in front on chest firmly. Repeat exercise and place right foot on floor and left foot on inner thigh.
Bend your knees slightly, lift your left foot up and, balancing on your right foot, cross your left thigh over the right. cross your arms infront of you and right over left and holding the fingers.
